The Member representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief Ugochukwu Collins Iheonunekwu is currently attending an Induction Workshop organized for Members of the 8th Abia Assembly holding at Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
The induction workshop which is being organized by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in partnership with the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), is aimed at expanding the horizon and legislative capacity of Members of the 8th House of Assembly.
The seminar cum workshop which is part of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung’s support to democracy, rule of law and good governance across the nation will also double as a channel to strengthen the capacity of the legislators to enable them carryout their constitutional mandates which includes law making, representation and oversight functions effectively.
It is crystal clear that Hon. Chief Ugochukwu Collins Iheonunekwu (OCHAKE) is fully set for the business of legislation and has reassured the people of Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency of democracy dividends, quality and effective representation, good laws and infrastructural developments across his Constituency.
